Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the broiler, positioning the oven rack about 5–6 inches from the top.
  2. In a shallow dish, whisk together the Thai sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and freshly grated ginger until well combined.
  3. Reserve about ΒΌ cup of the marinade in a separate dish for later as a glaze.
  4. Place the salmon fillets in the dish with the marinade, skin side up, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray lightly with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  6. Arrange the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down, and drizzle a small amount of the remaining marinade over them.
  7. Broil the salmon for 6–10 minutes or until browned on top and opaque in the center.
  8. Remove the salmon from the oven, drizzle with the reserved marinade, and garnish with thinly sliced scallions.
