Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or olive oil.
In a medium bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined.
Add the egg to the mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
Spoon the mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
Sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top of each cup and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cups are set.
Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin tin. Serve warm.
