- Wash all fresh fruits under cool running water to remove any dirt. Slice strawberries, chop pineapple, peel and slice kiwi, and cut mango into bite-sized pieces.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine honey, lime juice, and lime zest. Whisk together until smooth.
- Combine all prepared fruits in a large mixing bowl, ensuring an even mix.
- Pour the honey lime dressing over the fruits and gently toss to coat.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Add sliced bananas just before serving to keep them fresh.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with mint leaves or lime zest if desired.
