Ingredients
  

For the Fruit Salad
  • 1 cup Strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Pineapple firm and ripe pieces
  • 2 pieces Kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Mango chunked
  • 1 medium Banana add just before serving
For the Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Lime Zest optional but recommended

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash all fresh fruits under cool running water to remove any dirt. Slice strawberries, chop pineapple, peel and slice kiwi, and cut mango into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine honey, lime juice, and lime zest. Whisk together until smooth.
  3. Combine all prepared fruits in a large mixing bowl, ensuring an even mix.
  4. Pour the honey lime dressing over the fruits and gently toss to coat.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Add sliced bananas just before serving to keep them fresh.
  7. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with mint leaves or lime zest if desired.
