- In a large mixing bowl, combine coleslaw mix, black beans, corn, red bell pepper, jalapeño, green onions, and cilantro. Mix using a wooden spoon until well combined.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, and chipotle sauce until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss until everything is coated.
