Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and dry the mixed salad greens thoroughly under cold water.
  2. Gently rinse the blueberries under cold water and drain.

  4. Crumble feta cheese into the bowl of greens and pistachios.
  5. Thinly slice the red onion and mix in with the salad ingredients.
  6. Whisk together the dressing ingredients until emulsified.
