Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup pickles sliced
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing

Method

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce to the beef. Stir well and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.
  4. Divide the beef mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center of each.
  5. Top the beef with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and pickles.
  6. Drizzle Thousand Island dressing over the toppings.
  7. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up from the bottom to the top, securing the filling inside.
  8. Optional: Place the wraps seam-side down in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side to crisp the tortillas.
  9. Slice in half and serve immediately.
