  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil consider avocado oil for high-heat cooking
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder use fresh garlic for a stronger flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika regular paprika can be used

For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Greek yogurt is a lighter alternative
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha adjust based on heat tolerance
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar or lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Honey/Maple Syrup optional for sweetness
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Green Onions or cilantro if preferred
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds omit if desired

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by patting the salmon fillets dry with paper towels; this helps achieve that irresistible crispy skin. Set the fillets aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub this seasoning onto both sides of the salmon fillets.
  3. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes until hot. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes until crispy. Flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  4. While the salmon is cooking, prepare the Bang Bang sauce by combining mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar or lime juice in a bowl. Stir well.
  5. Once the salmon is cooked, transfer to serving plates. Drizzle with the Bang Bang sauce and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
