Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Soak the wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, sriracha, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk until blended.
  3. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and marinate in the mixture for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated chicken onto the soaked skewers.
  6. Grill the skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the grill, serve hot, and optionally drizzle with remaining marinade.
