Coat each piece of chicken in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
Dip it into the beaten eggs, then roll it in the panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
Place the coated chicken pieces on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.
While the chicken is baking, prepare the sauce by combining the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
Once the chicken is done, remove it from the oven and toss it in the sauce until well coated.
Serve the Bang Bang Chicken hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
