- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.
- Mash 3 ripe bananas until smooth. Add in ½ cup melted butter, 1 cup granulated sugar, 2 eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
- Whisk together 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour, ¼ teaspoon baking soda, ½ teaspoon salt, and ⅓ cup cocoa powder in a separate bowl. Gradually add to wet ingredients, stirring gently.
