  • 1 cup Non-Dairy Yogurt Adds creaminess.
Sweetness and Flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup Natural sweetener.
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Optional, adds warmth.
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Zest For a citrus note.
Nutty Topping
  • 1 cup Nut Mixture Pistachios, walnuts or pecans, and almond flour.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chop your choice of nuts and mix with salt, lime zest, cinnamon (if using), and maple syrup. Set aside.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat nondairy milk until steaming. In a bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, maple syrup, and yogurt. Pour milk into dry ingredients.
  3. Fold sticky nut mixture into oat mixture. Let sit for 5-10 minutes to thicken.
  4. Divide oat mixture into jars. Top each with remaining nut mixture and fresh fruits.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
