Preparation
- Chop your choice of nuts and mix with salt, lime zest, cinnamon (if using), and maple syrup. Set aside.
- In a small saucepan, heat nondairy milk until steaming. In a bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, maple syrup, and yogurt. Pour milk into dry ingredients.
- Fold sticky nut mixture into oat mixture. Let sit for 5-10 minutes to thicken.
- Divide oat mixture into jars. Top each with remaining nut mixture and fresh fruits.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
