  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. If using, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the zucchini and toss gently to combine.
  4. Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they do not overlap.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 2 hours, flipping the chips halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
