Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, green onions, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and melted butter. Pour this mixture into the breadcrumb mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Place the shrimp in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the shrimp, pressing down gently to adhere.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the breadcrumb layer.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the top is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
