  • 1 clove Garlic Less can be used for milder flavor

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped salmon, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, parsley, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Wet your hands slightly and roll the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs. Place them on the lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, blend avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, and garlic in a blender until smooth.
  6. Once baked, let the meatballs cool and serve warm with the creamy avocado sauce on the side.
