Method
 

Cooking Steps

  3. Layer pineapple slices evenly under the salmon fillet on the baking sheet.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, melted butter, hoisin sauce, minced garlic, and lemon juice; whisk until blended.
  5. Pour the sauce over the salmon fillet, ensuring it's well coated.
  6. Bake the salmon for about 15 minutes until opaque and flaky; broil for an additional 5 minutes if desired.
