Ingredients
  

  • 2 large croissants
  • 4 ounces sliced ham
  • 4 ounces sliced Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Slice each croissant in half horizontally, creating a top and bottom.
  3. Spread 1/2 tablespoon of Dijon mustard on the inside of each croissant half.
  4. Layer 2 ounces of sliced ham and 2 ounces of sliced Swiss cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.
  5. Place the top half of the croissant back on.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic powder, dried parsley, black pepper, and salt.
  7. Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the croissants.
  8. Place the croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the croissants are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
