  • 1 package puff pastry thawed and rolled out
  • 12 oz brie cheese cut into cubes, rind on
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce store-bought or homemade
Optional Add-Ons
  • 1/2 cup candied pecans for crunch
  • fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry and cut it into 12 equal squares.
  3. Press each square into the greased muffin cups and create small pastry cups.
  4. Place one cube of brie into each pastry cup.
  5. Add a spoonful of cranberry sauce on top of each brie cube.
  6. If using, sprinkle candied pecans over the cranberry layer.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
  8. Allow to cool for 5 minutes and garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs before serving.
