- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry and cut it into 12 equal squares.
- Press each square into the greased muffin cups and create small pastry cups.
- Place one cube of brie into each pastry cup.
- Add a spoonful of cranberry sauce on top of each brie cube.
- If using, sprinkle candied pecans over the cranberry layer.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes and garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs before serving.
