Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
In a small bowl, mix the Boursin cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried dill, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down.
Spread an even layer of the Boursin mixture over the top of each salmon fillet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Serve with fresh lemon wedges and garnish with dill sprigs if desired.
