For the Boursin Mixture
  • 8 ounces Boursin Cheese Can substitute with cream cheese or goat cheese
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic Adjust as desired
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest Fresh is preferred
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Fresh is preferred
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Parsley Can use dill or basil

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine Boursin cheese, minced garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Add half of your olive oil or melted butter. Stir until smooth.
  4. Pat salmon fillets dry, drizzle with remaining olive oil or melted butter, and season generously with salt and black pepper.
  5. Place the salmon fillets in the baking dish, skin side down, and spread the Boursin mixture evenly over each fillet.
  6. Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
  7. Let the salmon rest for about 2 minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
