  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil Extra virgin recommended
  • Salt & Black Pepper Essential seasonings
For the Flavor Base
  • 1 clove Garlic minced, adds aromatic depth
  • 1/2 Lemon zest and juice for brightness
For the Topping
  • 1 package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese 5.2 oz, creamy cheese adds herby flavor
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped, optional garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with olive oil or parchment.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry and place them skin-side down in the baking dish.
  3. Drizzle olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle minced garlic and lemon zest over the salmon.
  4. Spoon Boursin cheese over each fillet, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake for 15–18 minutes until salmon is opaque and flakes easily. Broil for 1–2 minutes for a golden finish.
  6. Remove from the oven, drizzle fresh lemon juice over each fillet, and garnish with parsley before serving.
