Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish by greasing it with olive oil or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Boursin cheese with minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, and half of the olive oil, and blend until smooth.
  3. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel; drizzle with remaining olive oil, and season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Spread the Boursin cheese mixture evenly over each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake the salmon for 15–20 minutes until done; it should flake easily and reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  6. After baking, let the salmon rest for a couple of minutes, then garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
