Steps for Baking Brownies
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.
- Melt 1/2 cup of butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and whisk in 1 cup of cocoa powder and 1 cup of sugar until smooth.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then add 4 room-temperature eggs one at a time, whisking until incorporated.
- Stir in 1/2 cup of Bailey’s Irish Cream Liqueur and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until well combined.
- Fold in 1 cup of all-purpose flour gently using a spatula until no streaks remain.
- If desired, fold in 1/2 cup of chocolate chips evenly.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes and check for doneness using a toothpick.
- Let the brownies cool completely in the pan for about an hour.
- Slice into squares and serve, optionally with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream.

Notes
Use room temperature eggs for better incorporation and avoid overmixing for a fudgy texture.
