Ingredients
  

For the Sandwich
  • 2 pieces Croissants Fresh, flaky croissants
  • 4 oz Goat Cheese Creamy and tangy
  • 1 tbsp Honey For sweetness
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon For warmth
  • 1 cup Apples (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith) Thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Arugula Optional for a peppery bite

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice each croissant in half horizontally.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine goat cheese, honey, and cinnamon until smooth.
  4. Spread the goat cheese mixture on the bottom half of each croissant.
  5. Layer thin slices of apples on top of the cheese.
  6. Add arugula on top of the apple slices, if desired.
  7. Bake the assembled sandwiches for 5-7 minutes or until warmed through.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve.
