Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken breasts.
Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken breasts and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
