Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups strawberries hulled and diced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup kiwi peeled and diced
  • 1 cup pineapple diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves chopped

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and pineapple.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, honey, and cinnamon until well combined.
  3. Pour the lime mixture over the fruit and gently toss to coat all the fruit evenly.
  4. Add the chopped mint leaves and fold them into the fruit salsa.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Serve chilled with tortilla chips or as a topping for desserts like ice cream or yogurt.
