Ingredients
Scale
1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
1 cup granulated sugar
4 cups cold water
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup grenadine syrup
Ice cubes
Lemon slices and fresh mint for garnish (optional)
Instructions
In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Add the cold water to the pitcher and mix well. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
In a separate mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract into the whipped cream until well combined.
In serving glasses, add a few ice cubes and pour in the pink lemonade mixture until the glass is about two-thirds full.
Carefully spoon the whipped cream mixture on top of the lemonade in each glass.
Drizzle grenadine syrup over the whipped cream for a beautiful pink effect.
Garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute the heavy cream with coconut cream or a low-fat whipped topping.
Add fresh berries like raspberries or strawberries to the lemonade for an extra fruity twist.
