2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the diced chicken to the skillet and season with smoked paprika, ground cumin, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
