Ingredients
Scale
2 lobster tails (about 6–8 ounces each)
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull the shell apart to expose the meat.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Brush the butter mixture generously over the exposed lobster meat.
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, meat side up, and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
For added flavor, sprinkle some crushed red pepper flakes into the butter mixture for a spicy kick.
Try grilling the lobster tails instead of baking them for a smoky flavor; just grill them for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
