Ingredients
Scale
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 large flour tortillas
1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
1/2 cup tomato, diced
1/4 cup pickles, sliced
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup mustard
Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to combine the flavors.
Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well mixed.
Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface. Spoon an equal amount of the cheeseburger mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
Top each with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and sliced pickles. Drizzle with ketchup and mustard.
Fold in the sides of each tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top to form a wrap.
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the grill, slice in half, and serve warm.
Notes
For a healthier option, substitute ground turkey or chicken for the beef.
You can also use whole wheat tortillas for added fiber.
Add your favorite toppings like avocado or jalapeños for extra flavor.
