Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 12 tablespoons hot sauce (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Add the apple cider vinegar, dill weed, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  3. Stir in the honey and hot sauce, adjusting the amount of hot sauce to your preferred spice level.
  4. Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Serve with chicken wings, salads, or as a dipping sauce for vegetables.

Notes

  • For a creamier texture, blend the sauce in a food processor or blender.
  • Try adding a teaspoon of smoked paprika for a smoky flavor or substitute the honey with maple syrup for a different sweetness.
