2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped
1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup Caesar dressing
4 large flour tortillas
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: croutons for added crunch
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the chopped chicken, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing. Toss well to coat all ingredients evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon about 1/4 of the chicken Caesar mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
Fold the sides of the tortilla in towards the center, then roll the tortilla tightly from the bottom up to create a wrap.
Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
If desired, slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately. For added crunch, sprinkle croutons inside the wrap before rolling.
Notes
For a healthier option, substitute the flour tortillas with whole wheat or spinach tortillas.
Add sliced avocado or cucumbers for extra freshness and flavor.
