Ingredients
Scale
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Drizzle with extra ranch dressing if desired.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add sliced jalapeños to the skewers before grilling.
You can substitute the chicken with shrimp or tofu for a different protein option.
Serve with fresh veggies or a side salad for a complete meal.
