- 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
- 8 ounces Boursin cheese (garlic & herb flavor)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh lemon wedges (for serving)
- Fresh dill sprigs (for garnish, optional)
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, mix the Boursin cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried dill, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down.
- Spread an even layer of the Boursin mixture over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve with fresh lemon wedges and garnish with dill sprigs if desired.
Notes
- For a crispy topping, broil the salmon for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
- Substitute Boursin cheese with a similar herb cheese spread or cream cheese mixed with fresh herbs for a different flavor profile.
