Baked Boursin Salmon – Creamy, Flavorful & Perfectly Baked

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
  • 8 ounces Boursin cheese (garlic & herb flavor)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh lemon wedges (for serving)
  • Fresh dill sprigs (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the Boursin cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried dill, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down.
  5. Spread an even layer of the Boursin mixture over the top of each salmon fillet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  8. Serve with fresh lemon wedges and garnish with dill sprigs if desired.

Notes

  • For a crispy topping, broil the salmon for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
  • Substitute Boursin cheese with a similar herb cheese spread or cream cheese mixed with fresh herbs for a different flavor profile.
